Volaire Boutique

So we have officially been the worst bloggers ever! We have been so incredibly busy the past few months growing Volaire that we have barely had 2 free seconds to sit down and keep everyone updated! So besides being super busy with new clients, appointments and teaching yoga classes, we have decided to add something new to Volaire! So here we are to announce our newest adventure...

We have been working hard on bringing more to our dream of Volaire to make it everything we want it to be! We are so excited to announce that we have added a "boutique" to our Yoga Spa!
We are starting with selling a few pieces. We have leggings, tops and scarves. We are hoping to expand slowly and make it much larger as we grow! We eventually will introduce our very OWN line of Yoga Clothing as soon as we have finished working on that (still in the works)!

So for now... here is a peak into some of what we are currently carrying at Volaire Boutique.

Thanks to our lovely models for helping show off our clothes!!!

Our boutique is featured on our website:
www.volaireinc.com

Go check it out and purchase some clothes! Stay tuned for all of our newest styles and trends!

Seattle

We had the wonderful opportunity of attending an awesome convention in Seattle a few weeks ago! Let me tell you, we have never been to Seattle before, but it is seriously one of my favorite places I have ever been. I never thought I would enjoy living a "city life", but after visiting Seattle, I could totally see myself living there. The only down side is that it rains so much :(
Waiting at the Airpot
We got there fairly early on Thursday and went out to lunch at a yummy Thai restaurant. This was our first Thai and it was DELICIOUS! Afterwards we went to our hotel and hung out for a bit. Caden's uncle lives in Seattle and came a picked us up that evening to go show us the city and take us to eat dinner. We got to see the city and actually learned a lot about the history of it from them as well. It was so much fun. They took us to a place called Ivar's which has the BEST seafood ever! Let me tell you that Seattle seriously has the best food.

Here are some pictures from that night..

The next morning we woke up fairly early to take the train to the city. Our hotel was about 45 minutes away from downtown Seattle, so we had to take the train everywhere. It was actually really cool and I am glad we got to see the town that way!

We walked all around downtown Seattle on Friday and went to Pike Place Market which is this huge farmer's market!!! Later that evening we went to dinner at another delicious restaurant and then went to our convention.

Fist EVER Starbucks... What?!?

Saturday we spent all day at the convention. Our convention was a Bootcamp for our body wrap and supplement line, ItWorks! This conference was so amazing. We met some awesome people who are seriously living their dreams because of this company! It is so incredible the results people see from these products as well as the lives they are able to live due to the financial freedom they receive from working this business!

After the conference on Saturday we went to a Red Robin that is right on water front. It was seriously the most amazingly beautiful view! After we ate we went on this Ferris Wheel that is also right on the water front that looks over the entire city. It was so cute! :)

The pretty view from Red Robin on the water front.

We went back to the hotel after this and left early Sunday morning to come home!

The trip was short, but so much fun! I love going to new cities and seeing new places with my cute hubby! We had a blast.

On the airplane going home :(
If you want to learn more about the opportunity with ItWorks! and how you can be financially free or just make a little extra income. Please message us for more details. Even if you want to try the products or learn more about them I would love to share some info! I promise you this company and their products are amazing!

Photo Shoot 7.10.13

We did an awesome photo shoot at PicCouture in the District this past week. We had such a blast doing them and the people at PicCouture were so great to work with! Here are some awesome shots from our shoot that we thought we would share with you all on the blog.

We had just started Crossfit about a week before these pictures and our bodies were seriously so sore... that is all I can think about when I look at these pictures. It's a miracle we could actually pull off the poses. haha. I guess that is what having an amazing yoga instructor is all about.. :) I could not have done it without Caden. He is just the best!

We are wanting to put together a couples "Partner Yoga" class soon and teach everyone how to do these poses together! It is so much fun to connect and support each other in these yoga poses. I promise you will love it! So if you are interested let us know :)

Microdermabrasion

As I mentioned in my post from Vegas, I purchased the amazing PMD at the Spa & Wellness show and I have fallen in love! This product is amazing! PMD stands for "Personal Microdermabrasion". What I love about this product is that it can be used in a professional setting (such as Volaire :) ) or it can even be purchased for someone to use at home!

I am so excited to be adding Microderm as a service at Volaire. Many of my clients ask me exactly what a microdermabrasion is and what are the benefits.

Here is a little about it: It is a noninvasive form of exfoliation and mild skin resurfacing. It removes dead skin cells from the outer most layer of the skin. It is amazing at treating acne, fine lines, wrinkles, blemishes, scarring and pigmentation. While performing a microdermabrasion treatment, as the skin is exfoliated on this top layer, breaking apart these "imperfections" listed above, this triggers the body's healing mechanism to remove the dead skin cells and rapidly replace it with new and healthy ones!

The one thing that I have loved about the PMD is that it also has a vacuum suction with the exfoliation. The combination of the two reduces the formation of blemishes. The vacuum achieves this by clearing out the clogged pores and releasing all that trapped dirt and oil, leaving the skin more clear and vibrant!

I used to this for the first time last week and have only used it once. My dead skin flaked off for a few days and afterwards it looked and felt so amazing!! I can't wait to try it again :)

Doing microdermabrasion is always best in a series, if you are looking for serious results...however they are still great as a refresher for your skin.

We offer this service at Volaire... and I also purchased one to sell if anyone is interested in buying their own PMD. If I have several people interested I will definitely get more! :) I use and sell the "pro" version, which offers more settings and that is not sold in stores, only by Licensed Estheticians.

Please contact me if you would like any other information. I would be more than happy to answer any questions!

Las Vegas Trip!

This past weekend Caden and I went to Las Vegas for the IECSC. This is one of the largest Spa and Wellness Conventions. We left on Friday and drove down.

We stayed in a hotel off the strip a little and when we got into town we decided to go find a good casino and gamble a little. Caden's mom and aunt Tilly are the gambling queens. They play "Keno". Caden's mom taught us how to play last August when we went to Vegas for my birthday. On that trip we ended up winning about $1200. So we wanted to try again and see if we could win again! On that first night there we ended up winning about $900. It was so much fun!

We then went out for Sushi, and then headed back to our room and went to bed. (We are party animals I know! I think it was like 10:00 pm- haha)

The next morning we woke up early and went to breakfast then headed off to the convention. The building it is in is so large and there are SO many booths of different companies trying to educate you on their products. We visited just about every booth. It was fun, educational, but so so exhausting. Caden was such a trooper walking around looking at all this beauty stuff :).

Going to the show I had my eye out for a Microdermabrasion machine. This is a service I LOVE and I wanted to bring it to Volaire. A while back Caden met someone who owns a company called PMD (Personal Microdermabrasion), I had read a little about it and it sounded like an awesome product. So I was really excited when I saw them at the show! After learning more about it and seeing the results, I decided to purchase it! I purchased 3 of them so I can use one at home on myself, one at Volaire and sell one to a client who is looking for awesome results! I will review this product in more detail on another day, however, I am so excited to start doing it at Volaire. :) PMD is actually a Utah based company, and for those of you who know who Michelle Money is, she is someone who "advertises" and "represents" this product with her friend Laura. We got to meet her and her friend at the show. I, of course, did not get a picture with her, but her friend put this up on her Instagram so I am using this picture- (credit to Laura for her picture :)) !

Anyway, after the show, we went back and did a little more gambling at the same casino we were at the night before. We decided to try just a little bit more and see if we could win anything else. Well we started off a little slow, but once I got sat down at this certain machine, I ended up winning about $900. If anyone knows Keno, I hit 3 five spots in about 5 minutes time! It was a blast :)

Afterwards we went and ate at this Italian Restaurant called Bootleggers. They had a yummy gluten free ravioli that I was pretty excited to eat! After dinner we went back to our hotel!

The next morning we left to drive back home. On our way home we stopped in St. George and had lunch with my cousin Sabrina and her husband Mike.

It was a great trip full of winnings, new business opportunities and a fun time with my cute hubby!

Can't wait to share more about the new services we are bringing on :)
